How long does grooming take?

Depending on the type of grooming service you choose, your pet’s breed, and your pet’s condition. The grooming process can take approximately 3-4 hours.

How often should my pet be groomed?

The length and type of your pet’s coat will determine how often your pet needs to be groomed. Generally, every 4-6 weeks is ideal.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, debit, and credit cards. ($2 will be added for debit/credit cards)

How long can I leave my pet after being groomed?

Your pet must be picked up by 5 pm unless later arrangements have been made.

When should my pet have their first professional grooming?

Grooming on your pet should start at about 10 weeks of age (after 2nd vaccination), to let your pet become acquainted with the sounds and noises of a grooming salon. It’s important to begin early even if the first groom is a bath and nail trim.

Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?

Appointments are required, on occasion, we can accommodate same-day appointments.
